"Daniel hall students leave for Service now!" came the voice from P.A system….That was the first sound of the day….time check: Shit! 6:45AM. racing like a Ferrari F50 to the bath after the events of yesterday we needed to pray for @tylamba cos he was not up yet... Body no be wood nah! (Unto 10 raps of BASHAN FUFU).. lol….oh! By the way! This is @laiciterio standing in for @tylamba

@imoy20 & @leke90 wouldn't wait for a bro and @tofa07 wouldn't leave for service as usual…so hooked up with @wilbunz with an expectant heart chapel bound…leggggooo!!!

It took moving on the double to make the end of praise and worship….followed by choir ministration, tithes and offering collection and other church protocols but something worthy of note was the testimony of a young student who went to the laundry and she saw something moving and behold, it was a big black snake. Then came the sermon of the day by Bishop Thomas Aremu. He was hilarious; I knew I was going to enjoy it. The sermon was titled 'Connecting to the Help From Above'. Text: Psalms 3 vs 1, 89 vs 19, 46 vs 1, 60 vs 11-12; 108 vs 12-13.

How then do I connect with His help?

1. Understand your helplessness without Him.
   
2. Know that God is the source of your total help.
   
3. Understand the limitations of the help of man.
   
4. Always ask for His help in prayers.
   
5. Refuse the temptation to seek help from the devil.
   
6. Acknowledge and celebrate His help in thanksgiving.
   
7. Share your testimony.
   

But then came the word for the day, Psalm 62 vs 9 "surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie; to be laid in the balance they are all lighter than vanity"

No bi say I be pastor or na me holy pass but na God sure pass how you see am naah?

DAY 44: TEN OVER TEN

It been a week since starting this blog and we have had over 1000 hits already…big shouts to everybody that read us…I dare say I have an editorial team now….big Brother @laiciterio is my editor. Shouts to everybody that asked me to put 'em pictures up…that's support mehn…@yettybee I see u…..see me getting into the S/O bizness….


Today was a special day…LMAO…@dotsmen I see u mehn #WSB #BSG movement/theLamBA movement…we are going very far!

Oh yeah! Earlier this morning

Food is ready!

So there was no light and we started a bit of argument…'I can finish 10 sticks of Cabin biscuits in 1 minute' to 'I can finish 5 wraps of Fufu in 30 minutes'
(fufu is a dish made from cassava, eaten rolled into balls as the starchy accompaniment to soups or stews). <--------- This is for the humble folks from outside here….yes! We get hits from Europe too!

It ended in a 'I will finish 10 wraps in 1 hour'…the challenger: @laiciterio, the challenge: yours truly…a bet was made…N9,000 each…winner takes all….

I thought it to be a chance to make some extra money…there was so much ginger from @big_wiz, @leke90 and @bookoovuiton….mehn, the odds were against me but I had bragged so much I couldn't back down now…could I?

Well, I actually backed out but then I thought... 'For the blog', 'for the readers'…lets spice shit up mehn….so I went in! I dare say…'I am a facking glutton'…today was a case of sheer gluttony.
